Meet the Team: Zoe
In 2014 Zoe took a huge leap of faith and became a founding member of EdenMarsh. In what was no bigger than Basil Brushes broom cupboard, her sheer determination and natural skill in recruitment became the backbone of the business. Her fun personality made sure it was a good craic along the way! A mum to two growing boys, she truly is a superpower of a human being and much loved by all the team.

My birthday is on Christmas Day.
How did you get into recruitment?
I did a degree in HR and went from there.
What is your most unusual talent or skill?
Open water swimming.
How do you spend your time outside of work?
Socialising, running, reading, swimming, and chasing around after my kids. Repeat.
What achievements are you proud of?
Joining Edenmarsh from the get-go and contributing to the growth and success of the business. And cheesy, but I’ve got to say, my two boys.
What were you like as a kid?
Bossy, headstrong and adventurous.
What’s the most awkward thing that happens to you on a regular basis?
I’m so forgetful!

Adam Driver.
Tell me about your favourite memory from your life…
See the earlier answer; I’m so forgetful!
If you could travel to any year in a time machine, what year would you choose?
Take me back to my early 20s, please. Life was essentially one big party.
What are three items on your bucket list?
To run a marathon, learn to dive and travel more.
What’s your favourite food of all time?
I’m such a foodie; I love everything.
What game or reality show would you like to be a guest on?
‘Would I lie to you?’ even though I’m an awful liar!
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Life is short. Buy the shoes, eat the cake, and drink the wine!
What’s your favourite thing about working in recruitment?
Meeting amazing people.
What advice would you like to give to our candidates searching for jobs?
Try and work out what you want from your next move and discuss your options, so you have a clear idea of what you want to achieve and how to get there. Put the time into your folio presentation. It’s as important as the work itself. Share the thinking and process behind the work and the development of ideas; this is all great to see. Interests outside the norm set you apart; celebrate these and champion all the things that make you, you.
