Improving the industry one conversation at a time.
EdenMarsh is a full-service, boutique recruitment agency filled with genuine people who are genuine experts. We want to support the creative industry in a meaningful way; and believe all conversations have their place. So, we’re here for everything from the little career check-ins to the big industry-wide discussions.
And, although we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we do take our role seriously. We respect your time and keep our promises. Both our teams in London and Sydney will listen to what you say, treat you the right way, and use their creative expertise to help you flourish.
Looking to hire?
Choose people based on who they are.
When you’re looking for someone to join your agency, it’s not just about WHAT they are, it’s WHO they are. We know everyone we have in print, digital, studio and clients services are talented and good at what they do, but we also know them as people. Their character, their goals, the things they do outside of work which make them special. We spend time getting to know them so we can build a better, fuller picture — one which goes beyond their CV or portfolio. That way, we’re well equipped to understand if they’ll be the right fit for you.
And the same goes for taking your brief. We’ll ask lots of questions and get into the nitty-gritty. If our 40 years combined experience has taught us anything, it’s that the better the brief, the better our chances of finding the right people you need.
So, let’s chat.
Looking for a new role?
Remember, you are not your job.
We want to get to know you. Because you’re not talent, you’re talented. And you’re not your job, you DO your job. You have a life outside work. We get that. That’s what makes you YOU. We don’t just want to know WHAT you are, we want to know WHO you are. Things you really care about, your goals and motivations, the interests and hobbies you left off your CV (they might not be as irrelevant as you think). Because the better we know you, the better we can find a role that’s the right fit for you.
Whether we’re working together for a short time or a long time, we’ll always treat you exactly how we’d like to be treated. That means the same support whether it’s good or bad news, honest communication and zero ghosting. Promise.
Having said that, we work with some of the best agencies out there, so we’re a good friend to have on your side. And we hope you’ll keep coming back to us throughout your career — whether that’s just for a chat or to talk about your next move.
We’re ready to chat when you are.
Our Manifesto
Recruiters are only as good as their last conversation. So, we’re here to be the best conversationalists in the industry. To make every one of our conversations count. Because one conversation has the power to change everything. And every conversation is worth having. That’s why we’ll listen hard and listen good. Ask what you want and what you need; make you feel heard and understood. We’ll learn not what you are but who you are, and where you want to be. Share our knowledge, give advice and use all our years of expertise. We’ll build relationships, build trust. Remember you. And make sure you remember us. Because we’re people first, it’s who we are. And conversation’s in everything we do. It’s how we find the right people and the right roles. Where we ask questions that avoid square pegs in round holes. It’s how businesses grow. How careers change. How important issues are raised. How we switch perspectives. Keep things fresh. Make sure the industry never stays the same. This, in short, is our pledge to you. Our way of saying we know we’ve got lots of listening to do. We’re a boutique agency with a mighty big aim: Improving the industry, one conversation at a time.

Kirsty Draper
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Kirsty has been recruiting freelance creatives and digital people for over thirteen years. She has a huge network of talent and prides herself on her ability to work quickly but conscientiously. Working with a passion to connect the right people to the right role and forge lasting relationships. With admirable determination yet a friendly kind approach. At the weekends when not chasing after a toddler, you could find her dancing around the kitchen with a glass of wine or with her nose in a good novel.
Katie Loewy
Recruitment Consultant
Katie is a full service 360 recruiter at EdenMarsh. With a background in the creative industries, she is passionate about helping candidates and clients alike find the right placement for their needs. Katie works across both freelance and permanent placements for all studio and creative roles. Outside of work Katie loves doing pub quizzes and listening to gloomy music — though not at the same time.
Tom Edwards
Senior Recruitment Consultant
After 5 hugely enjoyable years working in Traffic and Account management, Tom took the plunge into recruitment, and has never looked back. Since then, he’s spent the best part of a decade focussing on the freelance creative market, which he loves for it’s variety, community and occasional manic Fridays. He’s worked with world famous brands, start-ups, global network agencies, and one-man-bands. Tom recognises the nuances of each, and how to find the perfect match, both in-terms of skillset and personality. When he’s not sat at his desk, he loves a beer around a campfire, a good Lego build (with or without the help of his two young kids), and a cheesy Hollywood blockbuster.
Ali Kirkby
Senior Consultant
Ali has been working in the recruitment sector for 10 years, using his personable and down to earth approach to place everyone from fresh-faced grads to global CD’s across permanent and freelance vacancies.
Loving the variety of the creative industry and all of its nuance, working with SME’s on an exciting brand refresh or a network agency hunting for someone to create that next water-cooler ad experience. When not searching for the best and brightest you’ll find him pottering in his kitchen to become Yorkshire’s best home chef whilst annoying the household with his latest vinyl purchase being played far too loud.
Sarah De-bique
Resourcer
Time to meet EdenMarsh’s newest team member Sarah. Sarah began her journey in recruitment nine months ago but has learnt so much in that short space of time. Having worked in hospitality for a number of years, Sarah discovered a talent for building relationships, engaging with clients and making people feel at ease; basically, she loves to chat and get to know people! Sarah will be focusing on the Freelance side of things nurturing our existing candidate base and connecting with new creatives looking for their next project. She will be busy flipping through portfolios and matching skills and personalities to our expanding client base. Sarah is passionate about our industry and will go above and beyond for candidates and clients. Being a keen traveller, you can find Sarah at the weekend, out with friends having bottomless brunch whilst planning her next holiday!
Edyta Jankowska
Finance Manager
With 20 years’ experience in accounting, Edyta is our Finance Jedi! Motivated by finishing important tasks, Edyta loves a deadline, working with numbers and keeping our books (and FD) in order and up to date. Her role is super important to Edenmarsh, as she ensures our freelancers are paid on time and we remain compliant to the ever changing landscape of temp recruitment.
Outside of work Edyta has a passion for travel and literature. When not reading a book, you can find her planning her next trip, or watching her favourite series “The Big Bang Theory” on repeat.
Sydney
Adam Hansen-Chambers
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Adam’s always been a creative at heart — whether it’s playing in bands, making music professionally, or dabbling in art, he’s never been far from a passion project. Since making the move from the UK to the other side of the world, he’s found his sweet spot in creative industry recruitment. It’s the perfect blend of his interests and people skills, letting him stay close to the world he loves while connecting great talent with exciting opportunities.
Jen Ghantous
Recruitment Consultant
Jen considers her bubbly and personable nature one of her greatest professional strengths. Before moving into recruitment, she worked as a graphic designer, giving her valuable first-hand insight into the creative industry. Today, she draws on that experience along with her empathy, intuition, and strategic mindset to connect the right people with the right opportunities.
Genuine and driven, Jen cares deeply about her candidates while staying focused on helping her clients build exceptional teams.
