International branding studio is looking for a CD to join their small design team. Brand is at the heart of everything this agency does, they are insight led and work closely with clients to connect them to their audiences. They have a high level of design craft producing inspiring, beautiful and effective creative solutions. This role could suit an experienced DD looking to step up and into more of a leadership role.

As a Creative Director you will set the creative tone and standards within the agency, inspire and influence agency culture and lead and drive business from a commercial perspective. This is a small studio and hence the role will require a hands- on approach too and so we are looking for someone who is a real team player, passionate and committed to delivering the best possible work. The role could suit a Design Director looking to step up and into the role of CD or someone already working at CD level for a branding studio. First and fore-most we are looking for an inspirational creative skilled in delivering brand identity projects and guiding teams.

• At-least eight years commercial experience working for a creative/brand agency.
• Experience and confidence owning and leading projects and presenting creative ideas both internally and externally with clients.
• The ability to deliver well thought through solutions with clear rationale.
• A high level of craftmanship.
• Experience arranging and leading creative sessions and encouraging a team to explore and develop new concepts and ideas.
• Confidence driving projects forwards whilst motivating the team and maintaining momentum.
• A positive attitude to tackle demanding objectives with enthusiasm.
• Authority in decision making and experience delegating work appropriately to others.
• Drive, determination and commitment to achieve creative excellence.
